What has been your career highlight so far? My career highlight would be playing in the under 20 women's world cup. It is an indescribable feeling to be able to put on the USA jersey and compete for the title of being the best in the world. This is really a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.
What advice do you have for an aspiring soccer player? I would tell aspiring soccer players to dream big. My youth coach always told me to "Shoot for the moon, even if you miss you'll land among the star."
Who were your heroes growing up? I always looked up to Christine Lilly growing up. So had so much passion for the game and was a pioneer for women's soccer in America. I was very fortunate to grew up in a time where i could watch the national team play on TV and have female soccer role models to look up to.
What is your favorite part about being a soccer player? My favorite part of being a soccer player its being able to be part of a team. Through soccer i have made friends with people all over the world. I also enjoy soccer because its such a unique game and every match you play is different and exciting in its own way.
What was your favorite subject in school? My favorite subject in school is psychology because it applies to real life. It just seems to make the most sense to me.
What is your favorite website? My favorite website would probably be facebook. I like it because it helps me keep in touch with all my friend while i am traveling for soccer and stay connected with my friends that i don't get to see very often
