1.) What advice do you have for a aspiring MMA Fighter?
I would tell an aspiring MMA fighter to make sure they get with a well represented school, and also, don't just jump into fighting. Make sure you learn and feel extremely comfortable with Jiu-Jitsu, wrestling, and boxing.
2.) What is your career highlight so far?
My career highlight to date would be fighting on The Ultimate Fighter Season 15, and winning my finale fight with a 1:59 TKO
3.) If you were not an MMA Fighter what would you be? why?
If I didn't choose the path of becoming an professional MMA fighter, I would probably be working as a carpenter. I still work as a carpenter when I am not in a fight camp along with training. I think i would be a carpenter because that's what I've done for work since I graduated high school and I love being outside and working with my hands.
4.) Who were your heroes growing up?
My heroes growing up were #1 my grandparents because they are the most caring people #2 my aunt for helping raising me and spoiling me rotten and #3 my dad for being so strong and making me tough mentally and physically
5.) What was your favorite subject in school? why?
My favorite subject in school was gym! I did love gym but my favorite was drafting. Drafting was awesome because you could produce something like a huge house all on the computer and draw it on paper and later in life I learned how to build what I invented on paper
6.) What do you like to do in your free time? I don't usually get a lot of free time but when I do I go to the gym and work out or I watch movies. I am a huge movie buff, I will watch any type of movie as long as it looks decent. |
