Olympic Gold Medalist/Sprinter

-Who were your heroes growing up?

My heroes were Donald Quarrie and I admired Michael Johnson as they were two of the best 200M runners ever.

-What is your career highlight so far?

Winning three gold medals and setting three world records in the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing.

-When did you know that you could be the fastest person in the world?

I think it was at the IAAF Wold T&F Championships in 2007 when I finished 2nd.  I knew that if I worked harder that I could be No. 1.

-What do you do in your free time?

I like to watch movies and other sports on TV, hanging out with my friends, and playing video games.

-What is the best advice you have ever received?

You have to learn to lose in order to learn to win - my coach Glen Mills told me this.
